A partner of ours followed the purchase of the Philippe Model brand from its the legitimate creator, Monsieur Philippe Model. For 6 years, our partner coordinated the development and positioning of the brand in the world of international fashion. In 2016, they organized the sale of the brand and the company to the current owner “21 Investimenti spa”, an Equity Investor structure headed by Alessandro Benetton.
Value of the operation: 70 million Euros.
