The Maschio Antonio and Sons family were followed in the creation of two Joint Ventures, the first one with the Alpego Group to better organize the commercial structure and the second one with a Chinese partner to enter the eastern market.
In the first case, the management costs were significantly reduced and the synergy of the two entrepreneurial companies improved their market penetration performances and increased their customer loyalty. In the second case, exports to the eastern market increased significantly.
