The team deals with:

• consulting in the field of donations, family agreements and real rights division (bare ownership and usufruct);
• advice on trust matters, including operational choice, the jurisdiction to choose, the constitution, the provision of professional Trustees and management of the Protector’s positions.
• definition of the career for inserting the new entrepreneurial generations;
• corporate reorganization processes aimed at achieving the generational transition both in holding companies and operating companies;
• definition of the corporate governance (i.e. arranging personalized statutory clauses, shareholder agreements, special rights of shareholders, etc.);
• temporary management to organize the generational transition and temporary support of the new generation in the company.
• advice on the administration, protection and transfer of artwork and private collections.
